Every Qooboid is printed to order, then posted with tracking to a UK address. Here is how long that takes, what it costs and what to do if something is not right.

Changed your mind?
Ready-made Qooboids
You can cancel within 14 days of the day it arrives, without giving a reason. Tell us, then send it back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its box. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back.
Qooboids with your own words
These are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply once we have started printing. They can be returned only if they arrive faulty or not as ordered. If you need to change something, message us straight away.
Faulty or not what you ordered
Your rights here do not depend on how you bought it or whose words are on the chest. If a Qooboid arrives damaged, faulty or with the wrong colour or words, tell us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will print you a new one or refund you in full, including delivery, and you will not pay to send it back.
How to return
- Message us from the help page with your order number.
- We send you the returns address and, for faults, a prepaid label.
- Refunds go back to the way you paid.
